On the 19th of March 2025 OACS Ireland received an email from the Ministers Office in response to the letter sent in March. It stated:

Subject: HEA-MO-01586-202

Second OACS Letter to the Minister for Health April 2025:
On Wednesday the 9th of Apr at 1:36 pm OACS Ireland sent a “second letter” to the Minister for Health Jennifer Carroll MacNeill.
Again, this was sent by post and emailed to the Ministers office to which we received NO reply.
This is an extremely serious situation which we find ourselves in. For the Minister of Health to shamelessly ignore letters from an organisation who advocate for families at the centre of a cabinet approved Inquiry is astonishing. This ‘reception’ from the Minister only feeds the hurt and anger which our families feel. We are positively astounded.
